Researching and Publishing Formal Research papers. The first paper was a deep dive into the automation implementation in the manufacturing industry in the last few years. I focused on specific companies that have made innovation in automation. The second paper was focused on the Negative Impact of Mineral Sourcing for EV batteries. My role focused on the way that these minerals are sourced and transported for Lithium-ion battery production. The five main minerals, graphite, cobalt, lithium, manganese, and nickel are all sourced outside of the United States. Since it is not plausible to source these minerals domestically, companies in this industry must build a strong supply chain.I have begun a new project focusing on excel Optimization Problems. This project aims to create the most effective snow plow routes across the state of Indiana. This project requires hours of data analyzation and data condensing.• Created optimization equations for over 12,000 data points for INDOT snowmobile path travel routes.• Organized Kokomo Residential consulting project to house over 5,000 total employees. Organized a report for a AI integration into supplier identification software for General Electric.

Worked with the MMBSI (Middle Market Business and Specialized Industries) on the Client Engagement and Events Team to manage events in the Midwest Region. • Helped Manage DVWOB event in Detroit for over 60 attendees by sourcing venue and creating reservation to match JPMC brand guidelines and standards.• Organized clean data sessions to ensure accurate audit reporting for event expenses across multiple platforms to ensure there was not data duplication including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GEM, and Workfront. • Developed Future Strategy for event placement with Excel Data manipulation.• Led meetings with each regional VP of MMBSI for a clean data project to summarize all of the events that have taken place since the form change in Jan. 2023. • Venue research for multiple events. A holiday Social in Charlotte NC, a CEO gathering in Columbus, and a Wellness Retreat in Kentucky. This included communicating with external vendors, evaluating space potential and additional inclusions. Then creating a final excel spread sheet to compare the value of each venue and cost estimates. • Traveled to the Detroit Summer Social DWVOB Event and helped manage incoming guests and set up for vendors and well as serving as photographer.• Data Analysis for MMBSI Midwest report. This included creating tables on statistics from previous Midwest events by attendee turnout, cost, and location. This tables will be used to analyze the location of future industry specific events based on the number of high priority clients in the region. Finally, these chart also show the ratio of active clients to prospective clients and weather an event held in that region would have the potential of bringing clients on board.
