I'm a biracial technical writer and instructional designer, who graduated from Mount Royal University's technical writing program in April of 2024.Prior to that, I graduated from the University of Calgary with a BA in English; BA in Ancient and Medieval History (half of my program was the study of ancient Rome, and the other half was the history of religions, in which I studied a lot of Buddhism and Hinduism to get more Asian history); and a certificate in creative writing.I'm passionate about effective and efficient communication and writing. Even with my experience in customer service, storytelling and understanding customers' needs are so important.
