As an emergency dispatcher for over four years, I have demonstrated my ability to handle high-stress situations, communicate effectively with callers and officers, and provide crisis intervention and support to those in need. I have received multiple commendations and an award for my performance and professionalism in this role.However, my passion and vision go beyond dispatching. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Midwestern State University, with the goal of becoming a licensed counselor and an advocate for mental health awareness and social justice. Having lived with bipolar disorder myself, I understand the challenges and stigma that many people face, and I want to use my skills and experience to help them overcome their difficulties and achieve their potential. I believe that kindness, compassion, and understanding are essential for creating positive change and healing.
