Within my role, I actively managed various projects within the organization: Sales, Service, and Digital Support. Kept track of different training initiatives and developed new materials to help the team successfully work with clients. Oversaw new hire training and development. Organized and coordinated a 60 day plan for the new hires. Including, on the job live training examples, in-class training sessions, mentorship and coordination with internal teams to ensure that the new hires are gathering and learning all necessary information needed to manage digital products, communication with customers and internal departments, desk management, and the ability spot and provide recommendations to our customers. Coordinated and facilitated ongoing training and development of a new hire through to their first year in the role. Staggered advanced product training to ensure proper knowledge of digital products. Created ongoing training programs to help with the development of our employees.Worked to organize a training plan to use for new managers within the Client Services Team so that they have more of a schedule to follow when stepping into their new role. This training plan included report management, process management, escalation process flow and handling difficult conversations with staff. Worked to develop a training plan for our team members who have been in their roles for at least a year and interested in other responsibilities and taking on larger projects. Lastly, facilitated an Aspiring Leaders Program that focuses on the coaching and development of team members who are looking for more leadership responsibilities. This consists of a self-paced and in office learning program on what it means to be a leader and building skills to better coach and train other team members. Show less
