Kate is responsible for ManpowerGroup’s Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice. Leading a team of more than 500 professionals, Kate achieved the highest employee engagement score rise in the company’s history. She built the North American RPO group and created the company’s Global RPO Center of Excellence, promoting best practice sales and service delivery. She was the first recipient of ManpowerGroup’s Chairman’s Award for Innovation. Other noteworthy achievements include launching a Contact Center Solution business and holding responsibility for stand-alone consulting services that address challenges and opportunities around sourcing, recruiting and talent optimization.

Kate’s team was accountable for Veritude’s business with Fidelity Investments, which was the significant driver of the company’s overall revenues. The portfolio under management was $500M. She also managed Veritude’s Workforce Consulting group, which provided HR services that corresponded with Veritude’s recruiting offerings.
