I combine strategy and implementation with a spirit of perseverance and humor to deliver the right solution for customers. I started my career leading teams of volunteers on renovation projects for low income homeowners in Memphis. After Hurricane Katrina, I joined the rebuilding movement in New Orleans, working with over 500 volunteers to restore a street called Ferry Place. While in New Orleans, I watched dozens of non-profits fail due to lack of strategic planning and financial management and decided to get an MBA. I moved to Charlotte for that purpose and stayed to work with a firm that provides financial solutions for the non-profit sector.
