• Overseeing accounts to ensure that they run smoothly in the agency, looking after the following clients; Manchester Art Gallery, Imperial War Museum, Golden Square Shopping Centre, The Community Foundation for Greater.
• Managing staff training for the Fido team and organising work experience placements.
• Identifying and seeking out new business opportunities and taking part in all aspects of the pitch process.
• Representing the agency at networking and industry events and at CIPR committee meetings.
• Managing budgets and invoicing on all accounts.
• Briefing designers to produce high quality print and digital artwork.

• Working across a wide range of consumer accounts including: Cosatto, Silentnight, Magnet Kitchens, T-Mobile, UCI, Halewood International (Lambrini, Red Square Vodka, Sidekick), Duerr’s, Phones 4u and Hasbro.
• Organising events to achieve a number of public relations needs such as media coverage, attracting celebrity and VIP attendance or ticket sales.
• Writing press releases, website copy, advertorials, profiles and statements on a daily basis.
• Placing news stories, features, interviews, product placement, competitions, reviews and reader offers across all forms of media.
• Evaluating campaign effectiveness and event success through writing detailed reports.
• Managing budgets and ensuring all activity is completed cost effectively.
