I project managed a portfolio of 15 grants to the total value of £2.5 million awarded to churches via Historic England's Heritage Stimulus Fund. This involved:- Stakeholder management with the churches and Historic England - Establishment of robust reporting and monitoring processes enabling the churches to meet their contract requirements, deliver.
