Workplace Well-Being Program Manager
Current• Assesses population health needs using available claims data, utilization statistics, and satisfaction to identify opportunities and develop tactical project plans• Provide oversight & best practice guidance to workplace and virtual population health initiatives and focus areas (well-being, fitness, clinical and mental health)• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and assist with a cohesive, holistic and data-focused population health strategy to drive health improvement and resiliency of the employee population• Develop and execute population health project management activities nationally and on a global scale, with resource availability and allocation, reporting, and on-time delivery of projects, within scope and budget• Manage population health offerings (e.g. discount programs, incentives, programming, health plan resources, homegrown resources)• Oversee and work across all population health vendors to remove barriers, enhance referral pathways and create integration opportunities under a unified strategy• Conduct impact analysis of population health initiatives and benchmarks programming against industry findings & Optum’s book of business• Utilize claim and related data to monitor, track, forecast, and analyze trends & challenges, to identify opportunities to drive further engagement and clinical value• Partner with Service Delivery Leaders and Human Capital to hire, train, coach, motivate, schedule, develop, evaluate and, when necessary, terminate Workplace Well-being team members across associated services (e.g. Nutrition, Fitness, Coaching)
