Principal Consultant, Sr. User Experience Designer
Current* Conduct user experience and market research to create user and task needs analysis, journey maps, and personas.* Establish and conduct lean UX protocols to gather rapid, iterative feedback from customer audiences.* Design Web sites and software to be engaging and easy to use, using wireframes and interactive prototypes.* Create content strategy and information architecture to engage visitors and promote site findability.* Define key performance indicators (KPIs), critical success factors and metrics to measure user experience and product and campaign success and use analytic tools to track progress.* Define Adobe Analytics variables and Launch rules to measure visitor engagement with web content and resources. * Evaluate Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.x) and Section 508 accessibility and guide organizations in accessibility plans.* Conduct usability testing with people with disabilities to optimize inclusive design. * Guide organizations in selection of new technologies to promote collaboration, engagement, and productivity. Includes vendor assessments, use cases, and scenarios.
