- Matured Cooperative Purchasing program from $7M (2018) to $68M+ (2022) - Manage $68M+ in National Purchasing Contracts in the State & Local Education Vertical for the United States & Canada- Supervise contract expansion and management tasks, and enforce principles of cohesion and compliance- Provide contract compliance management and strategy for multiple National Purchasing Cooperatives- Complete and submit periodic reporting required by each Contract Vehicle and ensure fee payment is submitted per contractual requirements- Develop compliance processes for National Purchasing Cooperatives, leading implementation with business leaders as well as sales and operations colleagues- Cultivate guidelines for contracts to include presentations, videos, and checklists- Resolve contract-related issues, both internally and externally- Qualify and track direct lead opportunities, reviewing contract requirements and evaluating Convergints strategic fit- Administer and manage current and new contracts, modifications, updates (adding services and products)- Work closely with all Convergint locations to aid colleagues on successfully navigating the Government bureaucracy/requirements to close business- Create, track and maintain all data and metrics for all aspects of Contract Management, Sales, Awards, Bookings, etc.- Assist program and project managers with sales to operations turnover and contract execution- Hold the hand of new and existing colleagues through compliance best practices and correct procedures- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of service department activities as related to specific customer accounts to include work order entry and service contracts, including intake of service requests, scheduling with customers, dispatching to technicians, invoicing and customer follow-up- Manage and track schedules of multiple employees across the country, arrange meetings- Coordinate the procurement of materials and services necessary for timely and cost effective completion of service- Utilize financial systems to input new customer information, create work orders, input cost information, review costs, invoice customers and provide reports to management- Utilize GSA schedules to provide accurate quotes for customers as well as process and invoice GSA Advantage orders- Manage and maintain all UL2050 accounts including certificate creation and compliance- Set-up new jobs, book change orders and book new Customer Support Programs. Re-estimate as needed- Act as a primary point of contact for all assigned Customer Support Program customers and regular T&M service customers- Provide accurate quotes, maintaining profitability requirements- Review for compliance and submit proposals to GSA - Process invoices for various Cooperative Purchasing Agreements- Maintain and track customer specific inventory
