Professor for advanced vector class focusing on assisting students learn advanced branding, typography, layout and craft skills. Developing and delivering lectures to help students comprehend concepts and focused one-on-one critiques of development throughout class time.

Restructured event check in process to be more efficient. Built membership committee to help assist with supporting duties.Manage duties and responsibilities of membership committee members. Create system for event management including guest check in process, membership committee organization, and volunteer coordination.

Working in American Greetings Properties I work as a graphic designer for beloved brands like Strawberry Shortcake and Care Bears as well as for new, expanding brands.· Lead designer for Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake style guides including: Christmas Caring, Remix Teen, Berry Big World, Country Sweetheart, Up Up and Away, Carnival Cuties, Halloween, and Huck & Pups. · Evaluating trends and demographic to create new approaches to style guides.· Maintaining branding standards for classic brands through evaluating licensee submitted production samples.· Design lead for celebrity card line.· Unique font creation for brands and logos.

Taught freshman foundational VCD Studio course. Emphasizing foundational skills such as hierarchy, positive/negative space, grid usage and sensitivity to elements.

· Restructuring and creation of processes to make department more efficient analyzing team member strengths and utilizing abilities. · Project management for several projects including: annual catalog, ordering forms, and jewelry shop manuals. · Font development to represent exact replicas of their metal stamps used in the creation of their jewelry.

• Created promotional materials for the music and entertainment industries. Notable projects include: The Killers, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, and Nirvana.• Programmed and animated flash widgets for Pepsi Football website. • Branding reevaluation for Medina Meadows Nursing Center; logo and promotional materials were created based reevaluation.• Contributing author for company blog “GOmediazine”. Produced video tutorials and wrote articles on typography, design, and program knowledge. • Concept and execution of fonts and photography and post production Photoshop work for textures on Go Media’s Arsenal.• Video editor for key projects such as Illustrator Tutorials and Go Media promotional campaigns.
