• Set up and track all aspects of programme and project control: Plan, Risk, Issue, Dependency, Action, Assumption and Decision logs and trackers. Chase all programme team members as appropriate for updates.• Prepare and manage budget trackers to support the Finance budget management processes• Manage programme and project document storage and manage the formal approval process for deliverables• Set up and minute governance and control meetings, with IT, Business, HR, L&D, Finance etc. Escalate items in a timely manner to the Programme Manager for resolution• Prepare and provide data and information for reporting purposes to all relevant governance boards in order to facilitate a single version of the truth• Capture lessons learnt from project and business teams to support lessons learnt sessions for project team’s /scrum teams• Preparation and support for Agile ceremonies, tools, and artefacts, e.g. retrospectives, demos, increment planning• Drive improvements to the programme control and management processes
