• Responsible for accessioning, cataloging, insuring, storing, transporting, and maintaining a museum collection of over 30,000 artifacts. • Accessioning skills include measuring, scanning, photographing, providing detailed analyses and condition reports, inventory marking, estimate of insurance/fair market values, packing, and storing artifacts according to current museum standards. • Research for provenance and apply modern conservation techniques and methods.• Utilize the museum's computerized database (The Museum System 2012 by Gallery Systems) to create comprehensive artifact files available to the public through eMuseum. • Assist Curator with exhibit installation and inspects storage and exhibit areas to prevent damage to artifacts due to temperature or humidity levels, lighting, insects, and/or visitors. • Maintain all files associated with the museum including donation, purchase, loan, vendor, and hard copy files as well as quarterly insurance reports, Crystal Reports, and other relevant reports. • Uphold the proper storage of historic art, furniture, textiles, and artifacts including hanging, consolidation to maximize available storage, and re-boxing objects when storage is damaged, old, or hazardous.

• Documented the National Trust Collection entailing photography, inventory marking, cataloging, auditing and maintaining a collections database at five heritage properties - Fenton House and Gardens, Ham House and Gardens, Rainham Manor, Red House, and Two Willow Road.• Established an engagement project relating to the National Trust Collection via social media. • Worked closely with the Inventory Officer for London and the Southeast Region in Heritage Site Management of house staff, stewards, custodians, and curators.• Supervised the training of volunteers in collections management.
