I am the owner and founder of Evolve with Katherine, Business Mindset & Life Coaching. Based in the UK, I work remotely & Face to Face with Individuals, Entrepreneurs, Businesses and Business Owners to remove blockages, limiting beliefs, map out manageable goals and enhance the worklife balance. With a passion for personal growth and transformation, I offer a unique blend of guidance, support, and practical strategies tailored to each individual's needs using Cognitive Behaviour Coaching. Previously a Personal Trainer I am fully aware of the difficulties individuals face within their own belief & impacting life's choices. Bringing together my own personal experiences and professional knowledge I hold a wealth of tools and skills to help others. I built my first business in 2019, after leaving the corporate world, I fully understand the struggles people face in growing both personally and professionally, and managing a business and life. As a coach I pull together my knowledge and my own experiences to help guide and navigate you through to your goals. As a business owner with ADHD I also understand the challenges of having a neurological condition face, having adapted my own working to cater for my own needs, I hold an open minded and practical approach when coaching. I also understand to focus we need a calm mind and body, as a qualified Breathwork Teacher, I use various strategies with clients to centre their mind, reduce anxiety, and connect with their mind and body.With a strong background in online work, I actively engage in self-development and networking to propel my business forward. Continuously seeking to expand my knowledge and expertise in my field, I thrive on personal growth opportunities & happy to connect with others with opportunities from both parties. Exceptional time management skills and a high level of self-motivation define my work ethic. I am deeply passionate about my clients and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Working within set timeframes and meeting deadlines efficiently are second nature to me. Moreover, I excel in leading teams and achieving targets.
