Responsible for leading the Client Service team with a focus on charity and financial service sector clients. Working directly with the company partners to building the overarching agency strategy to grow the business. Whilst continuing to work on live client business and support the CS team with difficult senior client conversations. As a boutique agency a key part of the role included pitching to perspective new clients, new business wins while I was CSD included Centerpoint and Samaritans. Clients include: M&G Investments, Centerpoint, RAFBF and Royal Volunteer Service.

M&C Saatchi Group (LIDA).Independently managed Invesco, LBMA, Experian and Blue Cross accounts and led the account Client Service team. Working with the brands to help transform their CRM and ATL advertising. Extensive experience on CRM, Digital, Social and OOH campaigns. Continuing to report into Managing Partner on the O2 account and lead the Client Service team.Extensive pitching experience and success. Leading pitch winning teams for large accounts. Including writing intricate scope and financial proposals for pitch wins such as Experian and Carnival Cruises. Working on international business pitch wins with LIDA Stockholm/ M&C Saatchi on the Norwegian Air and Hemköp accounts.Part time client secondment to LBMA to cover the Head of Communications role, organising and structuring their small marketing team with an eye on how to better work with their agencies and run fully integrated campaigns. Subsequently working with their team to develop of their brand positioning at a time of worldwide expansion.

Four years experience working on O2, LIDA's largest account. Reporting into a Managing Partner on the account:o Responsible for Priority (Music and offers), Brand and Network strategy and campaigns for O2 CRM. o Over 9 months client side secondment from LIDA, to O2, responsible for CRM output and Brand Guardianship. Working on large integrated campaigns on two separate secondments. .

Clients at LIDA included iShares, Blackrock and BMI Airlines. o Led the CRM part of the iShares and Blackrock accounts which were integrated with M&C Saatchi advertising agency.

Clients during this time included Alzheimer's Society, NNIP, NSPCC, iShares, and BlackRock. Led the CRM part of the iShares and Blackrock accounts which were integrated within M&C Saatchi advertising agency.

Part of a team working on campaigns for well established brands such as Virgin Atlantic Airways, Tate & Lyle and HSS Hire.
