Identifying strong funding opportunities contributing to both the income forecast meetings and pipeline requirements – targeting Springboard programme priorities aligned to the strategy.Drafting and submitting successful regional and national bids and tenders including trusts & foundations; public funding opportunities such as PQQs, ITTs, RFQs and framework agreements; and corporate income opportunities as and where appropriate.Facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings related to funding and reporting requirements including: research; profiling; design; income targets, budgets and operations.Managing and/or allocating our existing funding accounts and renewals to colleagues. Liaising with operational and delivery teams to brief on funding contract requirements.Leading and managing the Fundraising Executive.

Development/composition of bids up to six figures, to local, regional and national opportunities- largely Trusts & Foundations but also including some Public funding. Relationship management across multiple funders, completing reports and new applications.Maintaining a clear pipeline of funding opportunities. Supporting Springboard’s evaluation processes and evidence of impact requirements. Setting up and undertaking regional funding profiles across key priority regions.Leading and managing the Fundraising Executive.
