I was Cabin Crew on long and short haul flights, fully crisis trained in emergency drills, medical skills and airport operations. Varied role which also required me to work up as a manager within the World Traveller cabin, overseeing the work of five colleagues, providing support to the cabin manager. This role enabled me to develop excellent team building and management skills, including the ability to coach and mentor junior members of a team.

I worked in the Knightsbridge office of Hamptons International as team administrator, my role was to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office along with the following; Marketing Collateral: I was responsible for the design and publication of a wide range of property marketing assets in both digital and hard copy. This was a heavily sales focused role, requiring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and the ability to negotiate. Working for Hamptons also meant I dealt significantly with overseas buyers, requiring strong communication skills with people from different cultures.

Mixed Fleet Cabin Crew (Heathrow): Cabin crew on long and short haul flights, focusing primarily on the First Class and Business Class cabins.I was actively involved with British Airway’s charity partnership, Flying Start, and helped with numerous fundraising, one of which was for Comic Relief’s ‘Funny for Money’ campaign where I assisted with a concert in Terminal 5.

A summer internship based in the London headquarters. I worked within the Marketing and Sales team as part of their preparation for the London 2012 Olympics.
