• Develop artist positioning and marketing strategies to be communicated globally to over 44 Sony international affiliate offices • Liase with artist management, international affiliates and US teams to ensure cohesive worldwide actions across RCA artist releases including, but not limited to, Alicia Keys, Foo Fighters, Sasha Sloan, and half alive• Organize, prioritize and execute all necessary international promotion including international promo trips, press junkets, photo shoots and filming opportunities & phoner/email interviews • Manage project progress and development via updates of international radio airplay, iTunes, Spotify, Shazam, pre-order activity, consumption and official album charts. Report and analyze data for both internal meetings as well as to provide to artist management • Create and schedule promotional and commercial product specifically for international release• Analyze the evolving global music landscape and lead implementation of new initiatives and marketing ideas• Train, supervise and mentor departmental support staff

- Coordinate project releases and schedules for each territory.- Compile marketing promotion requests with Sony international affiliates and liaise with artist management for approval.- Coordinate and manage international artist promotion including phone interviews with foreign journalists.- Distribute project related tools and assets to each international market.- Collect, analyze, research and distribute information including weekly international sales and chart information.- Daily management and upkeep of international one sheets.- Attend and participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
