A native Albertan and self-taught artist, my love for the arts grew to a whole new level with an introduction to Encaustic Art, which involves painting with melted wax. This new passion was the catalyst to the birth of my company, Kathy Hicks Art Studio, and a desire to share this exciting medium. Now in addition to creating Fine Art, I created an art class enabling the participant to pursue art in a relaxed manner and have fun. Better than any spa-like experience!This was so successful, I have expanded to also facilitating Art Events. Now you can offer an exciting art adventure to your guests. ART PARTIES! We always have a good reason to celebrate. Or perhaps you would enjoy an art activity for your next team-building session, or retreat.
