As leader of our national Advisory Pursuit team, I mentor and guide a talented team of Advisory-focused pursuit managers, graphic designers, and project managers in the U.S. and India who help us win strategic opportunities with new and existing clients. I also work closely with client service professionals and leaders within the Advisory practice to increase win rates and grow revenue. Part of my role includes serving on the national Pursuit Management leadership team, focusing on initiatives that enhance the services we provide and improve the experiences of our professionals across all of Deloitte's businesses. One of my favorite aspects of this role is facilitating training for professionals at all levels across our national Advisory Services practice, as well as for colleagues within the national Pursuit Management community. I've been with the firm for more than 20 years, and I am grateful for every opportunity where I get to share my experiences and insights while always learning from others.
