Currently tasked with building, maintaining and facilitating all new hire and ongoing training for the entire Waste Expense Management division, with additional responsibility for supporting the division’s professional development training needs. Designing, planning, organizing and maintaining all (job-related) new hire and ongoing department specific training materials. This includes leading the efforts to develop training procedure manuals, technical guides, and/or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials, as well as all facilitator guides.Design and facilitate new professional development workshops for senior leadership and mid-level management. Support all HR responsibilities in concert with the corporate HR team for the Waste Expense Management division.

Developed and managed Operations Training for 150+ retail locations. – responsible for all aspects of team member training from on-boarding and product knowledge to leadership development and compliance/safety training.Trained and managed 52 Area Hiring Managers for the company. Developed and designed all training curriculum for instructor led training and computer based training classes to maintain an effective, innovative and conducive training program.
