The purpose of the club is to build a vibrant community of Stanford alumni actively engaged in the climate tech sector. Our mission is to unite Stanford alumni through networking and knowledge-sharing and to collaborate in creating new technologies to tackle climate change. Developing the climate-friendly technologies of the future calls for an all-hands-on-deck approach. The world wins because Stanford alumni are going for the gigatons of greenhouse gas emissions.

• Source and diligence seed - series C climate tech investment opportunities strategic to Powerhouse’s investor clients. Investment advisory clients include The Rockefeller Foundation, FRV-X, Mitsui, Enel, Google, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and more. • Perform market research and technical diligence in relevant areas of interest, including: grid enhancing technologies, long duration energy storage, nuclear fusion, marine energy and water treatment, carbon dioxide removal pathways, weather forecasting and DER development.• Source pre-seed and seed investment opportunities relevant to the Powerhouse Fund thesis.• Continuing to build-out robust sourcing network comprised of global incubators, universities, CVCs, relevant VCs and personal connections

• Updated the Coastal Armoring Database to assist with statewide coastal planning objectives • Analyzed trends and patterns in regulatory history of armoring structures

• This Internship experience was an extensive introduction to the field of neuroscience within Stanford.

• I spent two summers working under Dr. Laura Roberts and Dr. Anna Lembke on solutions to the mental health crisis ever-present within the Bay Area. • Helped out with a project involving community outreach with the aims of closing the gap between needing and seeking out clinical help for people, more specifically teenagers, struggling with mental health issues.
