I currently serve Dow Rummel Village as the Director of Spiritual Care. I lead an incredible team of spiritual care associates, overseeing and implementing the Spiritual Care Program. We support the well-being of residents, families, and staff during life's transitions, stress, grief, and loss. This position is crucial to supporting Dow Rummel's mission and vision, fostering a safe and supportive environment where individuals of diverse faiths and cultural backgrounds are invited to participate in the Spiritual Care Program.I also serve as the executive director of Sad Isn't Bad, a free grief counseling program for children and families in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As a volunteer, I serve as the chair of South Dakota Masters Swimming, guiding efforts to empower adults to improve their lives through swimming.
