I offer more than 20 years of experience working in the Learning and Development industry. I work closely across our client-base implementing and configuring Learning Management Systems, developing content and helping L&D professionals maximise the benefit from their investment in learning technology.I originally trained and worked in the Education sector, and have worked in the e-learning industry in New Zealand for over 12 years, gaining extensive experience in instructional design, content development and delivery. I have worked on a number of large e-learning and Learning Management System projects, working with a large range of clients from Government departments to the mining industry. I am passionate about learning and believes in life long learning. My goal is to achieve effective design by working in partnership with clients to develop solutions that meet their unique requirements.
