Review and edit monthly financial statements of two state agencies. Prepare variance and quarterly reports for presentation to board of directors. Collaborate with upper management to develop annual budget based on historical data and forecasted revenue and expenses. Coordinate and manage multiple financing projects (loans, bonds and tax incentives) with varying timelines.Assist in reporting and analysis of existing bond portfolio. Oversee adjustments to fee schedules associated with special mandatory redemptions and advance refunding of bonds. Analyze financial information and other market data on new loan requests. Prepare credit memos for Board approval.

Market, educate and advise commercial borrowers, loan officers and economic development professionals of SBA loan programs and other sources of financing available through REI. These programs include the SBA 504, 7a and Microloan programs. Analyze and underwrite applicants' financial status, credit, business plan and projections to determine feasibility of granting loans. Evaluate eligibility of loan based on the guidelines of individual loan programs. Recommend approval or denial of loan request. Assist in the loan packaging and approval of SBA loans. Oversee Oklahoma City loan operations from origination through closing. Annually review financials of existing SBA 504 loan clients in the Oklahoma City area. Help address servicing issues of existing clients.
