As an evening shift case manager, I specialized in providing crucial support to clients residing in men's level 2.5 housing, offering comprehensive case management services tailored to their individual needs. My primary responsibility was to address any case management needs those clients presented, assisting them in navigating external resources and attending appointments, including 12-step meetings, church gatherings, and shopping trips. In addition to offering support in accessing community resources, I facilitated AOD groups on a weekly basis and led daily CPST groups to address various aspects of clients' recovery journeys. Through these responsibilities, I played a pivotal role in alleviating environmental barriers and fostering a supportive environment conducive to clients' healing and growth.

As a residential aid working in a detox facility, my primary responsibility was to provide essential support to clients undergoing withdrawal management. This included monitoring client vitals on a daily basis to ensure their safety and well-being during the detoxification process. Additionally, I maintained cleanliness and hygiene within the facility by laundering linens and towels, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
