Hometown purchased WellNow’s Ohio clinics. The research team continues to maintain legacy trials and is opening new opportunities for our Ohio patients.

Clinical Research Nurse with primary coordinator duties for 14 studies from Phase 1 to Phase 4. Up to 7 studies were actively enrolling at one time. Coordinating at Optimed involved managing over the life of a study from activation and developing the site workflow through closeout and returning unused supplies. Optimed utilized Clinical Research.io for electronic source and Complion for electronic regulatory binders, setting the site up for cutting edge remote monitoring and multi-user access to binders.As Lead CRC, I worked with the other CRCs and the Research Assistant to support and grow their skills in clinical research. We had weekly planning meetings, ad hoc collaboration (particularly for start up phase), and individual work.
