I am part of the opening team for Everglazed, a donut shop, at Disney Springs As an hourly manager, I take on every role within the store to help create efficiency. Some of these roles include decorating donuts, making the dough, barista, keeping the patio/ seating areas clean, and cashier. My main job as hourly manager is to support the staff and watch over the sales throughout the shift to ensure we will have enough product throughout the day to sell to guests.

This role was an at home sales rep job due to Covid-19. Through a computer system I was able to take phone calls to help customers with trouble shooting their electronics, as well as offering insurance to cover those products.

I worked as a special needs babysitters for the summers of 2018-2020 between the months May-September. The role includes keeping the special needs child safe while providing proper care. I found indoor and outdoor activities that exercised the body and mind. I provided assistant in school work, and activities.

I assisted in creating engaging content for Annual Giving through social media posts, e-appeals and text campaigns. I researched and developed strategies for current students and alumni to find the best type of engagement through digital communication. While in office, I provided customer service to alumni through phone call, email and walk-ins. With the change of schedule this semester, a lot of my responsibilities changed as I was to spend time attending webinars to research social media strategies. My role as the communication assistant was to oversee the interns, and train with them to fully understand their projects so I could be of help.

I am working as intern for the Office of Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement at Montclair State University where I am learning and working in social media strategy and event organization. With this internship I am focused on researching different media strategies while continuing to be engaged with Montclair State alumni. While interning here I have accomplished learning social media skills, and gaining hands-on experience in my field. I have been granted the opportunity to continue this internship into the spring 2020 semester as a Communications Assistant.

As a custodial college program I monitored the theme park conditions while adhering to Walt Disney World safety policies to continue to enhance guests experience according to current themes. While working here I accomplished better networking skills and created bonds within the company to help with any future endeavors, should I return.

Supervised cashiers and maintained accuracy within store numbers, instilled a positive and motivated attitude within team members, provided exceptional customer service through both phone and in-person encounters. While working here I accomplished being promoted from Cashier to a Customer Service Rep.
