Using a data-driven approach, I strive to improve internal processes and systems to help our US team reach fundraising targets that support WaterAid's life-saving work providing access to safe water and toilets around the world. This includes managing the donor database, developing annual and multi-year projections, generating monthly and quarterly reporting, reconciling income with the Finance Director, assisting with the production of donor communications, supporting the development of the US team's annual operational and five-year strategic plans and helping portfolio directors to monitor internal administration of corporate contracts and multi-year institutional grants.
