Quality Assurance Lead
Current• Sole employee running quality assurance for all non-conforming / unsalable parts • Resolving all mislabeled parts, defective parts, and identifying all unidentified parts • Processing all customer returns due to mislabeled product, concealed damage, damaged during shipment, non-invoiced orders, overages, shortages, and investigations related to resolving these returns • Processing all annual customer returns for large orders that had been placed more than a month ago - annual returns and DOA annual returns that needed to be scrapped due to obsolete parts • Communicating with corporate on a daily basis through Salesforce cases, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and video calls • Managing the QA HOLD area and maintaining a low dollar amount for all unsalable parts; processing all return to stock parts and physically putting them back to stock
