My purpose is to achieve lasting impact through unity, built on a technical mining career as a chartered geologist. I live for that feeling of tribal camaraderie that comes from trust and connection.I’m about radical thinking and radical candor to respectfully challenge status quo so we can drive change in behaviours, perceptions, and mineral extraction to support the UK in moving towards our sustainability targets. I’m the NFB & CITB’s most Influential Woman in Construction, a member of Women in Mining's Global Top 100 Inspiring Women in Mining, and one of GE Magazine’s Top 20 Influential Women in Ground Engineering, as well as a speaker on women’s safety in heavy industry and QNJAC’s Mental Health and Wellbeing chair.
