A liaison between the Customer and the Sales Account Execs, Sales Leadership, Sales Support, and Global Supply Chain teams. This individual will ensure that the customer large orders are successfully managed to completion from end to end processing to meet the per customer requirements.• Establishes and maintains a relationship with Customers, Sale Account Execs and Sales Leadership, Order Management, Deal Partners, Sales Support, Supply and Demand Planning, Transportation and HMH Distribution Centers for assigned Concierge Service customers and provide back up as needed.• Pre-planning of assigned large orders with Sales and Customer by gathering customer requirements and providing written and verbal requirements to the Sales Support and Global Supply Chain teams.• Daily management of the Concierge Service database for assigned customer accounts. Runs, reviews and analyzes SAP ZOTCM reports or Access reports and collaborates with Global Supply Chain teams to successfully fulfill customer orders. Provide Customers, Sales Account Execs, Sales Leadership, and GSC teams status updates on assigned accounts.• Research shipments and other order inquiries for Account Executives or Customer when requested.• Additional job duties as required.
