We are a funding application institute that helps social enterprises, artists and art/cultural organisations in getting government funding.We have chosen “sehji”, meaning “to write words” in Cantonese, to be our name as great ideas often start with a few scribbled words, and we are passionate in seeing great ideas turning into reality with our help. We handle the paperwork, while you focus on making your project or business a success.We only charge for our services if the application is successful.

• Advocated for animal welfare and plant-based diet in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China; engaged multinational corporations for adding sustainable food options in supply chains.• Collaborated with policy makers in Taiwan to promote animal welfare in government's and corporate supply chains.• Organised the first summit about cage-free egg in China by engaging the government, 100+ food companies, suppliers and consulting firms.• Assisted in funding pitch to investors, successfully acquired fundings for plant-based diet and cage-free egg programs.

• Led ‘climate & energy’ and ‘plastic-free’ campaigns from developing effective strategies to execution of tactics.• Identified target stakeholders, negotiations with corporations and government, media releases, online promotions and offline actions to influence the target sectors.• Knowledge holder of campaign issues to analyse current and emerging developments for driving campaigns forward.• Spokesperson to manage reactive media work, spread campaign message to businesses, government and public.

• Led an environmental innovation program in Hong Kong to empower youths, engaged 20+ corporations and NGOs for building sustainable and scalable projects with the youths.• Investigated the resources of corporations, government and NGOs for sustainability and education to strengthen collective environmental initiatives in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific region.

• Led ‘Green Delight in Estates’, a educational program on waste reduction for public rental housing residents in Hong Kong, supervised a team of 10 staff and 50+ volunteers to delivered 100+ events in a year.• Facilitated Waste Management Advisory Group to drive sustainable policies by engaging 50+ corporations and Hong Kong Government.• Assessor of Hong Kong Awards for Environment Excellence to identify sustainable practices in business sector.• Managed proposal and report writing for government & corporate fundings, successfully acquired various fundings for raising environmental awareness.

• Collaborated with different stakeholders (e.g. corporations, government, NGOs) for developing expeditions to educate multinational corporations on sustainability in Asia Pacific region (e.g. China, Malaysia, Australia).• Partnered with Chinese Academy of Sciences for designing and facilitating 40+ week long expeditions for 700+ corporate staff worldwide in China National Nature Reserves.• Launched ‘ClimateWatch’ program (citizen science model on climate change and biodiversity) in Hong Kong, and introduced it to 20 secondary schools and 400 public members.
