CurrentI review quoted 401(k) plan pricing from Voya's field partners and provide blank paperwork to our internal partners based on the plan's quote. Once that paperwork is completed, I receive it back and do a good-order review of it to verify that the 401(k) can be properly set up on Voya's system platforms. I start the process of getting the 401(k) plan into Voya's systems, so other teams can then add their pieces, based on their role. While doing this, I also work alongside various other teams in my department to get a plan in good order (if paperwork were to come back not fully complete or if I had questions), I create disclosures and enrollment material that is provided to plan participants and I work with fund partners to get approvals on funds that the 401(k) plan has elected to use.
