We ran the workshop which focuses on ESG / SDG topics for NCKU. The content covers the introduction of ESG / SDG, the real cases in the corporate side and in life including the career path design and possibility, also the digital strategy with approaches.

Stink Studios is a trusted partner for some of the best brands in the world — creating content, creative campaigns and digital experiences. In 2018 Stink Studios was voted one of the Top 50 Places to Work by Campaign magazine.I joined Stink in 2015 and took the Sales Lead / EP role of Studios Shanghai office in 2019, helping to build up the team and grow the business. During my term of office, we successfully built the relationships with Hermes, RayBan, Facebook, OPPO, Tencent and Alibaba. We won our first FWA SOTD in China and then accumulated 4 in total. We also garnered Cresta Awards, Clio and the recent one is LIA award. Recently we also the launched Tencent Great Wall campaign which reached 7 million users and 1.7m people had completed the experience.

During the 4 years and 4 months, I helped to grow the business steadily with new wins across China and Asia, delivering 10% growth year on year. From business development, talent management - directors and DOP to agencies management. Our team needs to research all types of creative resources including visuals and videos for helping foreigner directors to do the pitch deck. As a team leader, I need to set the direction and strategy for the team members in Shanghai and Beijing. A fortnightly report to the headquarter about our status, align with global direction but do some adjustments to fit in local market need. Our team successfully set up relationships with agencies and direct clients to bring in business like OPPO, Huawei, Alibaba and Tencent.

As an executive producer, I was the main contact person with all types of agencies from Shanghai, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand. In charge of the communication between directors and agency creative team, I had to translate creative language to a practical execution plan. In addition, I need to marketing our directors to agencies and initiate sales strategy.
