Oversee all aspects of the Guest Services department including ensuring Five Star arrival and departures for guests, interviewing and training staff, coordinating the curbside check-in program, and demonstrating a high visibility on the Front Drive area. Manage function arrivals and departures utilizing a garage with over a 400 vehicle capacity. Ensure proper luggage coordination, transportation assistance, and guest and patron parking.

Oversee the Front Desk operation and act as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Monitored sales and upsell goals for the Front Office, including training plans, goal tracking and follow up. Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel and handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
