- Direct social media strategy and communications for DC-based start-up Urbanful's growing community, customers, merchants. Manage relationships with key bloggers and partners. Develop capability and capacity of the YWCA's online reach.- Manage relationships with key bloggers, organizations and partners. Conduct campaigns with corporate, government and organizational partners, as well as national departments and local associations. - Facilitate online communications, media and event management for Annual Conference and Awards Gala honoring national celebrities and women leaders, as well as additional capacity building events and conferences.

- Responsible for Internet communications with Vital Voices' network of women leaders and with tens of thousands of constituents via social media. - Developed and implemented strategy for connecting VV’s global programs to netroots. Built relationships with key bloggers in Vital Voices' issue space, worldwide. - Developed and implemented staff-wide and leadership network-wide social media training plan. Served as staff Social Media Nerd and Evangelist.

- Organized and executed the first Fem2.0 conference in 2009, a pro-bono project of Turner Strategies. The conference was attended by over 250 bloggers, feminist leaders, students and professionals.- Built and maintained a community of volunteer bloggers. Coordinated blog carnivals and events. Managed radio series. - Led website redesign and rebranding in 2012. Liaised with founders and stakeholders. Contributed to board meetings and in executive decision-making. Assisted with events and social media strategy.

- Developed traditional and online strategic communications plans for advocacy and public affairs clients. - Designed and maintained online communities with minimal budgets and strict time constraints. Served as client consultant on new media strategies and tools. Led training sessions on social media for EPA employees. Managed variety of pro-bono projects for Hope House DC and the Center for Alexandria’s Children.- Coordinated traditional media campaigns and media interviews with clients.
