I also set brandguides with a team and have taken on the responsibility of the backroom, which includes being Merchandise Flow Certified for the spring season. I have been heavily involved in Semi Annual Sale preparation by pulling markdowns and organizing the back of the house as well as coaching the store team to Merchandise Flow expectations of setting and handling product for the floor presentation.

Focus on internal and external customer experience by using Listen, Connect and Inspire selling module. Operationally I was able to make the best shopkeeper decisions by analyzing business results daily to positively affect the Pink department numbers during the holiday. I was responsible for mapping brandguides and setting brandguides as well as daily opening and closing tasks not limited to opening and closing register funds, payroll management, daily business analysis, interviewing candidates, job offering candidates, checking for understanding of associates for best at bras and overall bra certification knowledge.

Daily responsibility includes but is not limited to opening register funds for the day, daily bank deposits, payroll management, daily business analysis, creating a weekly schedule for 6-8 million dollar store with 75 associates, in charge of applications and reaching out to potential new hires. Operationally, I am in charge of office paper work for new associates, completing I-9 documents, WOTC surveys, completed applications, Arizona A-4 tax forms, also I’m in charge of new hire orientations and set the standard of what is expected of them as associates including the Listen, Connect and Inspire selling module.

I was responsible for the daily functions of the store including but not limited to opening and closing of the tills, securing the store funds, payroll management, business analysis, monthly/quarterly/season numbers, ownership of visual standards in the store, cleanliness of the environment, managed a team of 25 associates.

I created and taught lesson plans for Kindergarten-6th grade students in small groups who were struggling with reading; graded papers, assisted with reading related activities.

Responsibilities included are managing 35 associates, opening and closing of register funds, daily bank deposits, set daily focus of selling modules, payroll management, business analysis, ownership of the Pink and Beauty categories, ensuring associates engage with clients and filling their needs by offering fittings and beauty demos while providing the proper hygiene steps, and also educating to build the knowledge of associates to create a unforgettable customer experience.

Organized reading circles, graded students papers, helped plan trip to the Grand Canyon, chaperoned trip to the Grand Canyon, helped students with class work activities and prepared for standardizing testing.

Daily duties included but are not limited to researching Offshore Diving operational manuals to provide quality information in a company brochure, setting up Leadership Team meetings, organize team building activities, connect with current clients to have their needs met and reach out to new business clients.

This position developed my client relation experience by ensuring all the customers needs were met, providing service to multiple customers, creating a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience and processing merchandise to the standards provided and set by the company.
