I Work Closely with Plant Management doing bids on jobs, submitting those for approval with purchasing, scheduling contractors, working closely with safety to ensure OSHA standards are being met, and overseeing the projects as they are being completed. I do a lot of precision measuring and referencing off of AutoCAD Drawings. I am currently working on options for moving and expanding our medical facility here at HAM. I create a forecast of a yearly budget to request money for upcoming yearly projects. Managing budget to not exceed what was forecasted to be spent. I do a lot of work with AutoCAD, Excel, and Power point. Excellent conflict resolution skills and multitasking. I do all scheduling of all my projects to be done. I make up Drawings with Spec. Standards for material I plan on ordering. When I order material I ensure that all the specifications are met. I keep track of all my material inventory in house to ensure I have enough to complete upcoming jobs. If a department has a quality issue with their inventory off sight I help them find different options based on their time frames to bring their inventory back on sight to rework. I hold Biweekly meetings with Department Managers to reach consensus on issues moving forward.

I have numerous new model activity experience. Some of the many Areas I’ve work in over the years are Line 1 Main Line area, Line 4 Zone 5 &6, and Line 3 Zone 3&5. Some of my many process I know are Intake Install, Tappets, Fuel Pump install, Fuel pipe Install, Head cover install, oil seal install, acg install, spark plug install, pvc install, auto tensioner install and too many more to list. Excellent understanding of the process of engine build from start to finish. Helping train new associates train on processes. I know how to do Equipment recovery and troubleshooting so as to not shut the lines down. Some of the equipment recovery I am familiar with is Tappet check, head cover tighten, spark plug, and leak test. Through the years I have acquired high team moral and exceptional leadership skills. Great communication skills to ensure my processes are done to the highest caliber and if there are any issues in regards to a process it is address and resolved. I have a high drive for quality and with any aspect of working in assembly this is extremely important to ensure only the highest quality of engines are being built. I have completed numerous Functional training in regards to processes and the equipment. I am certified for Fire watch and Lock out tag out. I have helped in repair bay (Line 4 leak Test)

I helped with overseeing the meat department. I would come in and do a daily check of what needed filled and what needed ordered. I would do price reductions on items getting close to their sale by dates. I worked closely with warehouses to ensure we got credits for items that we were unable to sell. I placed orders for products for the case and for fresh meats to be cut. I cut, priced, and packaged meats for the display case. We did quarterly inventory checks on all products for our department. I helped with scheduling truck deliveries and manpower for the week.
