Herren Navy OE Portfolio (Dec. 2021 - Present):Serves as the program manager for a diverse operational energy (OE) portfolio executed across five Navy clients. Responsible for the planning, allocation, and execution of resources (funding and staffing) to ensure quality support and deliverables are executed according to contract. Also leads the annual planning, preparation, and execution of broad Naval forums and engagements in support of the OE clients’ programmatic objectives and goals.SEA 05T2 Support (Oct. 2018 - May 2022): Provided program management and strategic communications support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) 05T2 Technology Maturation & Transition Office. Served as the Herren Task Lead directly supporting the Fleet Energy Research and Development Program (FERDP) Program Manager (PM) by overseeing all areas of planning, programming, and budget execution, with focus in the areas of strategic planning and analysis required to accomplish FERDP milestones and goals and to support the PM in the decision-making process. Also updated and tracked the status of ongoing projects, facilitated meetings and programmatic reviews of funded projects, oversaw administration and logistical requirements, developed briefings, templates, and reports, and provided strategic communications support.
