This position performs professional level technical work in areas of supporting, maintaining, monitoring, securing, and integrating enterprise applications & network systems. • Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots systems and applications. • Conducts research on systems and related technologies. • Performs system maintenance and user account management. • Actively works to reduce problems and unplanned work. • Works with information technology staff to ensure the overall environment is consistent with the firm objectives and is compatible with existing applications and security requirements. • Coordinates and ensures the standard implementation of policies, procedures and systems operations with support personnel. • Writes and/or maintains up-to-date documentation for network software, applications, and operational procedures. • Analyzes and resolves application, network, and communications problems. • Responsible for administering the company’s technology related resources. • Assists with the scheduling of company’s technology resources to meet the demands of users. • Maintains and administers enterprise voice technology including traditional PBX. • Installs, supports and troubleshoots software applications including (but not limited to): Microsoft Office Applications Go System (Accounting and Tax software) Commence Microsoft Outlook Internet Explorer Prosystems (Accounting and Tax software) • Administers Microsoft Windows servers and Active Directory • Provides technology-related training to employees as needed • Maintains vendor contracts and relationships. • Assists in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures. • Performs related work as required.
