Coordinate intervention services that deliver proactive support telephone calls/online chats to participants enrolled in smoking cessation programs. Develop and implement all proactive written scripts using scientific, evidence-based methodologies. Recruit, interview, hire and oversee training and management of project and call center staff. Development of in-services for continued education of tobacllo control updates, new cessation methods and the newest cutting-edge stop smoking pharmacology's. Extensive report generation on call trends, productivity, daily/monthly goals. Continuous quality assurance oversight with monthly inter-rater reliability training of team leads.
