Special Loans Manager
Manage all day to day operational aspects of the special loans team, meeting and exceeding stated SLA objectives and developing and monitoring special loans results and goals. Establish and maintain special loans department policy and procedures. Manages loan servicing specialists to ensure tasks are completed timely and departmental standards and quality goals are met.

Validate QC data reports on loan finding defects and exceptions by making decisions on Operational and Net severities. Complete all loan sample selections and manage the review processes to ensure the timely delivery and completion of the monthly pre-fund and post-close samples. All quality team reviews included Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, Bond loans, Jumbo, NQM, and Specialty programs. Collateral Review Underwriting Team LeadResponsible for the collateral team underwriting in accordance with agency, investor and company guidelines. Management of Collateral Underwriting Team to ensure timely underwriting of appraisal upon receipt from the Collateral Valuation Department.
