• Responsible for the procurement and deployment of IT hardware to internal EHL users.• Main objectives are to prepare and supply hardware for new hires on schedule, complete PC replacement/upgrade requests and reclaim hardware to reuse. • Daily tasks consist of imaging PCs to Win10, building profiles, transferring data, installing software and shipping items via FedEx. • Constantly communicating with end users via email or phone calls, logging assets, maintaining adequate inventory, and managing active directory.

• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans and reporting issues, foreseen risks and wins to Projects Team. • Completed approximately 50 tickets weekly via Cherwell. • Daily tasks consisted of imaging PCs to Win7 or Win10, building profiles for end users, software installs via SCCM and Altiris• Other tasks included: Remote manual software installs, hardware trouble shooting, managing Active Directory, running updates and recording written documents on teams’ processes.

• Responsible for testing, repairing and providing hardware to all Alaska Airline’s employees and contractors.• Completed approximately 100 tickets weekly Cherwell.• Daily task consisted of repairing and imaging laptops/desktops, managing 1000+ inventory, logging multiple data, preparing hardware for RMA and testing or configuring airport peripherals such as Kiosk, OKI/HP printers, BGR scanners, Access keyboards, ELO monitors with credit card readers and etc.
