Leading strategic and day-to-day operations for an organization with 42 employees that implements and produces all major civic events and is the city's arts council representative. Cross-divisional project management responsibilities included exhibition planning and implementation, long-range planning, and organizational development.

Directed all day-to-day operations and administrative functions for 300,000-sq. ft. facility with staff of 175. Responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Retail Operations, Visitor Services, Facilities & Capital Projects, Security, and Restaurant (lease). Served as staff liaison to Trustee Committees for Legal, Finance & Capital Planning, and Investment. Responsible for City and State capital funding program. Directed development of $12 million annual operating budget.

Directed Inventory Control and audit, development and implementation of company policy and procedures, Sales Audit, Point of Sale, Merchandise Information Systems, and Travel Operations for 13-store national retail chain.Formulated and implemented closure strategy for 13 store locations including sell-off, inventory, and liquidation of entire stock. Result: Project successfully completed within five months and met all administration objectives.
