- Leading the day to day management of a flight of tradespeople (60) including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and plant operators.- Conducted the management of multiple very complex personnel cases including disciplinary, family, psychological and physical issues. - Developed a safety management system in the flight by creating a vision and having all personnel working towards the same goal.- Scheduling and planning unit continuation training. Achievements:- Increased the morale and motivation in the unit through empowering the lowest management

- Responsible for the progress of construction projects at Al Minhad Airbase including; gaining funding approval, concept development, stakeholder engagement including international militaries, design, procurement (simple and complex), scheduling, managing construction contractors, attending and approving hold point inspections, monitoring contractor WHS compliance and handover of the completed infrastructure to the intended user. - Managed the development and delivery of up to 13 projects simultaneously equalling AUD $14 million worth of construction projects including an AUD $11 million redevelopment of the aircraft parking apron. Achievements:- Solely developed the aircraft apron reconstruction project from initial project approval through to awarding the construction contract in 8 months. - Lead multiple concurrent projects whilst ensuring proper safety in a foreign country.

- Managed a section of tradespeople (30) including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and plant operators.- Solely conducted the project management and oversaw the construction of a concrete vehicle loading ramp at RAAF Base Pearce, WA with 8 RAAF tradespeople. This included the development of project documentation, organisation of logistics to ensure tools and materials were delivered from Townsville to site on time, personnel management, monitoring safety of construction and schedule, approval of hold points, compaction testing and certification of the construction.- Conducted Officer in Charge role for Townsville flight for 5 months which included the management of multiple very complex personnel cases including disciplinary, family, psychological and physical issues.

Responsible for the coordination of major construction projects at the Southern Australian Military bases including RAAF Base Pearce, Edinburgh, East Sale and Richmond.
