As the Production Manager I am responsible for the overall production value of the ship’s entertainment venues and events. This includes managing the cast and guest entertainers, overseeing maintenance and inventory in entertainment venues, maintaining the quality of the produced shows and events, executing shows and events and creating an environment that facilitates the needs of the performers and Cruise Director.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Maintaining the integrity of the production shows and events produced by Celebrity Cruises in conjunction with our outside Production Companies- Responsible for the effective management of the Production Cast, Stage Staff, Entertainment Operators, Head Entertainment Operator, and Bandmaster (while involved in production shows and event elements)- Responsible for correct cueing of all shows- Organizing and executing rehearsal and venue schedules for the entertainment staff- Ensuring direct reports have regularly scheduled maintenance and proper care of all entertainment equipment onboard. Including: production show elements, lighting and sound equipment, stage and rigging elements, soft goods, costumes, and entertainment venue appearance- Overseeing all use of the aerial systems ensuring that only produced material is utilized- Consistently evaluating the team against the brand’s Modern Luxury concept and Company’s standards- Exhibiting professional leadership presence, positive energy and passion in all situations

- Maintain a high level of production value for ship’s alternative entertainment venues.- Ensure music and lighting in all venues is aesthetically pleasing and appropriate.- Ensure all band sets look and sound great, start on time, are clean and do not have overused equipment.- Uphold the integrity of shows and events in alternative entertainment venues produced by Celebrity Cruises or those produced in conjunction with outside Production Companies.- Responsible for the correct cueing of all shows in alternative entertainment venues.- Liaise with Production Stage Manager on creating rehearsal schedules for alternative entertainment venues and will run rehearsals in these areas.- Create show reports for all shows/events in alternative entertainment venues to be included in Production Stage Manager EOV report.- Active ambassador of the brand’s Modern Luxury concept and Company’s standards.- Exhibit a professional leadership presence, positive energy and passion in all situations.
