  Perform and lead water quality and assurance operations, staffing and regulatory compliance, sustainability practices, and customer support for the Water Treatment Facility, staffed 24 hours/day, treating up to 87 million gallons of water/day, serving a community of 123,700 citizens. Onboard and develop team members, create schedules, and cross-train employees. Establish quality control measures for instrumentation and monitor data quality. Perform daily calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lab equipment. Develop and implement in-house and regulatory sampling and monitoring programs. Set and oversee quality assurance guidelines. Develop laboratory testing protocols and data analyses in compliance with regulatory and standard operating procedures. Provide Utility Public Engagement technical information and assist in scheduling facility tours. Provide technical leadership, tools and support critical for water distribution hydrant flushing.
