-Managed, strengthened, and diversified a $2.7 million rebate and grant program that provided funding to Delawareans and Delaware-based businesses for alternative fuel vehicles-Processed over 50 rebate applications per month (over 1,000 in total) for alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure, communicating and collaborating with the fiscal department to ensure efficiency -Analyzed program data, created spatial maps in ArcMap, and developed reports for Department and State leadership-Presented program information on Capitol Hill to Senator Tom Carper and staff members for Senator Chris Coons and Representative Lisa Blunt-Rochester-Promoted program to the media through television, newspaper, and radio interviews including WHYY, WBOC, the Delaware News Journal, and Delaware Public Media-Managed program websites and developed flyers for public distribution-Provided customer support and served as primary contact for Delawarean community members and businesses-Organized and managed a review committee of seven representatives from state agencies, nonprofits, and businesses to choose recipients of $500,000 grants-Led a survey of 100 rebate applicants and conducted individual interviews to collect data on improving the rebate program

-Worked as project manager for a federally funded grant that analyzed the potential for large scale offshore wind energy development in the mid-Atlantic region and it's subsequent interconnection into the PJM grid. Tasks included compiling quarterly reports, providing verbal updates to the Department of Energy, organizing meetings amongst team members, and presented results at meetings and conferences.
